HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDER/S TO BE PROCESSED?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your order.
We ship Monday to Friday only.
Orders done on Friday will be picked up by the courier Monday morning
What courier do you use and how much is the cost?
Note the Daylily is not liable for any delays or lost packages caused by the dispatcher.
Flat rate of 2,000 PHP worldwide. We use Express Mail Service via Xend Courier. Transit time is 3 -7 business days.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, wait for our e-mail containing the tracking number that will be sent once your order has been processed/dispatch.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Daylily does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to hygienic purposes. Please check our size chart for guidance.
WHAT IF THE SWIMWEAR I RECEIVED IS FAULTY?
Each Daylily Swimwear is personally packed and goes through quality control before shipment- however, should you find any damage on your item, please contact us immediately
